NHS Kingston is committed to improving the health of communities throughout the borough. One of the areas most in need is that of Cambridge Road Estate where there are striking levels of deprivation and ever widening levels of health inequalities. In a bid to redress this, Health Launchpad at The Young Foundation have been comissioned to undertake a 12 week scoping exercise into uncovering the health needs in the estate. From this we might get a sense of what types of services and activities might be delivered or - better still - co-produced with the community, such that the estate becomes a place where people can flourish.
